Warranty Policy

• DPC will cover all shipping costs if the product is damaged or defective upon first use, within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the order. After 7 days, the warranty remains valid for the specified period, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Alternatively, the customer can exchange the product with the authorized dealer without contacting us. Simply present the purchase invoice, and we will be happy to assist you. If any issues arise after this period, we are pleased to help.

• All devices and products are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase (unless the product description is incorrect). A purchase invoice or order number is required.

• The warranty does not cover misuse, breakage, improper installation, damage caused by high voltage, or damage caused by natural factors such as lightning or rodents.

• If you receive a product other than what you ordered, and the error was ours in preparing the order, we will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product upon first use, please contact us directly within a maximum of 7 days. • In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period after product use, and if we are unable to repair the product, it will be immediately replaced with a new one of the same type. If the replacement product is unavailable, the customer will be compensated with the product's price, or provided with an alternative product if the customer prefers this option, or given a voucher of equal value redeemable at any time through our website. The replacement product will then be shipped by us.

• Receiving the shipment from the shipping company constitutes the customer's acknowledgment that the shipment (carton) is intact, in good condition, and has not been opened prior to receipt.
